about HELWIT
Why should I use HELWIT?
Working with Europe’s finest flavour experts, our single mission is to create pouches that are flavour packed, juicier, tastier, and longer-lasting than anything else out there. We use premium nicotine, which provide a more pleasant nicotine release that also produces a softer taste.
What does Helwit contain?
Helwit contains fillers, humectants, water, nicotine, acidity regulators, salts, flavourings, and sweeteners. All ingredients added comply with food regulations. You can always find the complete list of ingredients for each product on our product page or on the product's back label.
How much sweetener is in your products?
Our products contain a maximum of 3.8% sweeteners; the sweeteners we use are sucralose and mannitol.
How long is the shelf life?
The shelf life of the products is about 12 months from the production date. You can find the best-before date on the back label.
Does the product go off when it passes its best-before date?
You can easily use our products even if they have passed their best-before date. What you will however experience is that the taste has somewhat diminished, but otherwise, you can use the products as usual.
Can HELWIT discolour my teeth?
HELWIT should not discolour your teeth, whereas regular snus often does. However, it is not possible to completely rule out a small risk of slight discolorations depending on each individual’s teeth.
Where is HELWIT Made?
HELWIT is manufactured in Sweden, in our factory in Gransholm, outside Växjö in Småland.
How can I recycle the cans?
The cans are made of recyclable plastic materials, so-called Polypropylene (PP) and should be sorted as plastic when you recycle. Additionally, the boxes are made with pine oil, which is completely fossil-free and reduces CO2 emissions by more than 85% when produced.
Can I recycle the nicotine pouches?
The nicotine pouches should be thrown in your regular household waste bin. The paper contains agents that are not completely biodegradable and therefore cannot be recycled.
What energy sources do you use to run the production?
We are completely self-sufficient with our electricity, through a hydropower plant which is round the corner from our production facility. The hydropower plant produces electricity that is sold, and we then buy back the exact electricity we require to run our production.
How long does a nicotine pouch last?
On average, consumers use a nicotine pouch for about 30-40 minutes. HELWIT lasts longer than that, whilst continuously providing a clear taste and nicotine delivery.
Where does your nicotine come from?
We use the highest quality nicotine, which are extracted from tobacco leaves.
About Tobacco-free snus
Benefits of tobacco-free snus?
The nicotine is extracted from the tobacco leaf, but there is no tobacco in the product. Removing the tobacco also increases flexibility and it is easier to flavor the product exactly the way the consumer requests, as the nicotine and filler itself is virtually tasteless.
Is it safe to use tobacco-free snus?
Nicotine pouches contain nicotine and is a addictive substance that should only be used by people over the age of 18. We do not advise the use of tobacco-free pouches, unless you are currently using other nicotine products, such as snus or cigarettes. Additionally, you should not use nicotine products at all if you are breast-feeding or pregnant, have high blood pressure, or if you are allergic to the substance. Nicotine products with a high nicotine content or when used in excessive amounts can increase blood pressure levels and heart rate.
How should I store tobacco-free snus?
The most common way to store our products is in room temperature (preferably below 25 degrees). It can also be stored in the fridge or freezer, for those who prefer a cold product.
CAN YOU CHEW NICOTINE POUCHES?
No. Helwit should not be chewed, sucked or swallowed. Helwit is designed to be used by placing the pouch under your upper lip and resting it on your gum. The nicotine is then absorbed through the gum.
Terms and policies
How long is the delivery time?
HELWIT offers next day delivery for orders placed before 11am. However, we are not responsible for delays outside of our control. If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please get in touch with our customer service team at hello@helwit.co.uk
Can I cancel my purchase?
Unfortunately, you can´t cancel your purchase, as the right of withdrawal does not apply to products on the helwit.co.uk website, as all our products are freshly produced with a limited shelf life.
What is the process if my order is faulty?

How is my delivery sent?
All our deliveries are sent with free shipping, directly to your mailbox. If the package is too large (usually for orders of 13 boxes or more), delivery is made to your address, outside the front door, via a courier
Can I track my delivery?
When your order is sent out, you will receive an order confirmation on email notifying that your order has been dispatched and is on its way. You are also given a tracking number showing when your packages has been delivered.
What payment options are there?
We currently offer the payment solution Klarna Checkout V3. Through Klarna we offer invoice payment, card payment via Mastercard or Visa and Klarna's own payment solutions "Direct", "Later" and "Split up".
